Ashtons cars return policy;
Whilst we will always endeavor to rectify any issues with your car, we also accept that sometimes, the only course of action is to accept a return, in accordance with your consumer rights.
Please note we do also offer an exchange service should your car not fit your requirements. We can allow you the full purchase cost of your car against any other car in stock with a value adjustment either way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
These are our terms and conditions of a return.
- We must have a formal letter in writing from you within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Once the return is accepted, we will ask that the car is returned to us in Newbridge, NP11 4FZ , South Wales.
- The cost of returning the car is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you paid for delivery then this amount is non refundable. Only the purchase cost of the car will be subject to a refund.
- There will be a charge levied of 50p per mile driven over and above 200 miles after delivery.
- A charge for any damage sustained on the car will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the car is not returned in presentable condition there will be a valet charge of £85 deducted from the refund amount.
- Once we have had the car, documents and keys returned to us, we will refund by means of bank transfer or cheque within 14 days.
